Goat ribs served with ugali, Sukuma wiki and kachumbari. This meal was one of those that I don’t regret. The greens (Sukuma wiki) tasted like they were fresh from the garden, the kachumbari went so perfectly with the goat meat, so the ugali or psho as we know it, was soft and tasted really good, with the gravy that was served with it. Then the goat ribs … I LOVED THEM!….,I didn’t get enough of them. The flavour was really noticeable and the meat was easy to cut. This meal left me satisfied before I could even finish it.
